Ronald Geary is a finance and management professional with over 30 years of experience with government and international non-profit sector organizations. He is committed to community centered development and excellence. His personal objective throughout his career has been to work for organizations which make a difference in individual’s lives. In this regard, during the 30 years he has served in international financial and administrative management and leadership roles, he has worked with and for organizations who tried to make a difference with women and youth.
He has assisted in the development of several nascent local organizations. He has served on several Board of Directors, including JPS Africa, White Ribbon Alliance and Population Council. He has served several organizations as a Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He has traveled and worked in approximately 40 countries, working to ensure an effective interface finance and program. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Kenya since the late 1980s.
